5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before service: Full refund of deposit
  • 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 24 hours before service: No refund of deposit
  • Emergency service cancellations: £100 cancellation fee

5.2 Emergency Service Guarantee

For emergency services, we guarantee a response within 2 hours. If we cannot meet this guarantee due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • Provide a 20% discount on the service call
  • Prioritize your service for the next available slot

5.3 Project Delays

In the event of project delays caused by unforeseen site conditions or material availability, we will communicate revised timelines and adjust schedules accordingly.

6. Safety and Site Conduct

  • Follow technician safety instructions

6.2 Site Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

Customers must provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to suspend services if site conditions pose safety risks to our technicians or the property.
